Titration studies are an important aspect of the standard of care for perinatal evaluation of patients who have become alloimmunized with an antibody of potential clinical significance in hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN). Automated testing can deliver more consistent results, providing a reliable tool for physicians to recommend the most appropriate treatment. Ms. Gendron shares how her facility successfully transitioned from manual tube titration method to automated gel titers.
