The Supplier and Distributor Code of Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) sets forth the requirements and expectations that QuidelOrtho has for its vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, representatives, and any of their respective employees or subcontractors (“Suppliers and Distributors”). QuidelOrtho expects its Suppliers and Distributors to have a clear understanding of our expectations and to comply with those expectations when doing business with QuidelOrtho. All Suppliers and Distributors are expected to read and fully comply with the principles set forth in this Code as a condition of doing business with our Company. In addition, Suppliers and Distributors are expected to implement and maintain a management system that facilitates compliance with the principles set forth in this Code, identifies and mitigates related risks and enables continual improvement.
